I focus on helping you make sense of what's going on in your head and in your heart. We'll get into the stuff you can't talk about anywhere else and you'll learn how to make meaningful changes to improve your life.

My Background

I'm a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with folks from all backgrounds, specializing in work with men's emotions and well-being. I have also led peer-reviewed research into the ways masculine gender roles can impact wellness.
